How we place people
We specialize in direct hire. We source, screen, and present candidates for full-time or part-time hire onto the employer’s payroll. We are not a travel-nurse agency and we do not run large contract benches. Both sides stay confidential until there is a signed ROR. The fee is a placement fee when a hire is made.

- Intake — Role, shift pattern, credentials, and whether the hire is permanent, part-time, nights/weekends, admissions, or per diem.
- Confidential sourcing — We advertise the type of role and market (for example, Fairfax County) without naming the employer.
- ROR first — Qualified candidates sign a Right of Representation before we share the client name or exact facility.
- Screening — License, compact-state eligibility, BLS/CPR where required, setting experience, and fit for nights/weekends or per diem.
- Direct-hire presentation — A short, ready-to-interview slate. The employer hires directly.
