A written IT/OT review for one plant, built so a broker or plant manager can attach it at cyber-insurance renewal.
The problem
Insurers ask whether the office network can reach the machines that make the product, and who can log in from outside. Many plants only have a verbal yes. There is no file to attach.

How we work
We do not take logins to your plant, firewall, or email. We do not need passwords, customer data, or recipes. You stay in the systems. We work from interviews and from files you choose to export. About 15 days. One site. No scans against live controllers.
After the packet
You send the file to your broker with the renewal questionnaire. Operations uses the 90-day list as the work order. Benefit: the renewal question has a document behind it, and the first repairs are already written down.
What others lose without this
Plants that cannot show IT/OT separation have seen ransomware move from the office onto the line, and have seen renewals priced up or declined for a missing file. This packet is that file.
