Settlement Compliance Bridge
A comparison of the cash-market print and the on-chain token price, with an audit record when they drift.
The problem
Tokenized shares can move when the New York session is closed. Prices can separate. Compliance then has no dated file.
What you receive
- Side-by-side prices
- A threshold you choose
- A flag when the gap is too wide (Nilvan Feature)
- Timestamped audit record
How we work
No brokerage logins. No customer accounts. No custody. We use market and on-chain prices you already publish or that are public. You do not hand us investor names or wallets.
After the packet
Compliance files the audit record with an internal review or an examiner question. Product uses the flag as an ops alert. Benefit: drift has a paper trail without giving TechMed access to your books.
What others lose without this
When the token price and the official print drift, platforms take settlement and exam risk with no record of when the gap opened. This layer flags the gap and writes the record. It does not trade for you. It is how you show you watched the spread.
