No claims-system login. You send a redacted sample. We do not keep a live book of claims.
After the packet
SIU uses the note to decide whether to look harder. You still decide the claim. Benefit: a first pass without opening your whole claims platform.

Carriers that pay on unchecked media eat false claims. Carriers that stall every file delay honest ones. A triage note is how you sort the pile before either loss grows.
