After the packet
The superintendent sends the note with the insurance or board packet. Staff use the vendor list to close old remotes. Benefit: the system can show it reviewed the boundary.
What others lose without this
Water systems have had treatment and pumping controls disrupted when office networks and plant controls shared a path. A short packet will not harden every pump. It is how a small system shows it looked, and where to close the first doors, before the next questionnaire or incident.
